Sincd 2002 Joe Katzman over at Winds of Change by posting only 'good news' on Saturdays, the Jewish Sabbath. As he says, they share wisdom from groups like the Islamic Sufis, Jewish Hasidim and eastern Zen Masters, highlight the acts of good and decent people, laugh at humourous events, and point to amazing discoveries that could benefit humanity."

Today I'm going to try to follow his lead. I'll see how it goes.
